PERFORMANCE:

  • Durability – excellent in applications where prolonged exposure to UV rays or other extreme elements will occur. SCM Roofcoat helps prevent leaks by forming a bond that is not moisture sensitive. The monolithic construction prevents lateral moisture flow protecting foam roof systems.

APPLICATION:

  • Versatile product application – applied in either a spray or a roller, SCM is easily applied and will cure quickly.

AESTHETICS:

  • Finish – Roofcoat creates a smooth and even appearance once cured. Granules can be added to the cast for added texture and a natural appearance.
